Your advertisement cost a single fee. There will be no further cost, e.g. for a successful deal! If you are club member of AMCD you profit from reduced fee. Be aware of the additional fee if the contact should be over us (chiffre). In this case your contact information will be not published. The combined advertisement rent out / sell is favourable compared with seperate advertisements.

Procedure
The advertisements will be put as soon as the fee is on our bank account.
Duration of the advertisements:
Advertisements for rent out, rent and exchange will be published
till the day of arrival, those for flexible weeks till end of the
year. Advertisements for sell and purchase will be published 18 month.
Change of advertisement:
You can change your advertisements for free (e.g. change of
price, correction of errors) yourself (Advertisement / Update). Fee
relevant changes as transfer of advertisements in the next year are
not possible.
Combined advertisements:
Combined advertisements for rent out and sell consist of two independent advertisements wich are temporal related with the transfer of the appropriate fee. They should be put in direct succession to allow the easy assignment.
Successful advertisement:
Please deactivate (Advertisement / Update) your
advertisement in case of success to avoid you and us (chiffre
anvertisement) being contacted further. Your deactivated advertisement can be used later as template for a new one.
