Blacklist of deceitful companies

Most companies who buy or mediate the purchase of timeshare rights are deceitful companies. We warn of those companies if available documents as proceedings of purchase or purchase contracts as well as the environment let us come to this assumption. Furthermore we especially mention deceitful companies where credulous customers have lost their money. Because this companies change often their name it is in most cases more helpful to know their tricks. If you are contacted from a company and become suspicious please sent us the documents so we can analyse them and warn other timeshare owners.

BLACKLIST:

ARTEKASA (3/2010)

A German Mr. Köhler of a dubious company ARTEKASA from South of Spain collecting addresses in various private timeshare markets or having illegal access to them from Anfi sends emails to timeshare right owners with the offer to buy their weeks or mediate selling them (e.g. to interested parties in Malta). Before completion of the treaty a fee and a deposit must be paid to a bank account of a notary. This notary will not exist and the money is lost.

LifetimeXperience (3/2010)

Because the proceedings of resell and the draft treaty are not known the offer seems to be obscure. Instead you will be invited to Malaga to settle the treaty there. However because the further conduct of the company is not known highest suspicion is advisable.

Inmobiliaria Adarra (5/2010)

The described proceedings of resell say that with signing of the treaty by the timeshare owner a deposit of 30 % of the purchase price must be transferred to a notary account. The notary will not exist and the money is lost.

NOTAR?A N U ? E Z E I B A R Y H AG EN (7/2010)

Even before the purchase treaty a fee has to be payed to a notary account. The notary will not exist and the money is lost.

PRASA (8/2010)

Like Inmobiliaria Adarra (changed name?).

Palm Tree (8/2010)

Like LifetimeXperience above.

Strategy & Connection in Tenerife (8/2010)

Like above. The timeshare owner has to transfer a deposit which will be set off with an utopic high purchase price.

Inmobiliaria Casa Quinta, Herr Bachmann (9/2010)

Even before the purchase treaty a fee has to be payed to a notary account. The notary will not exist and the money is lost.
